Do you ever feel so alone that nothing can cheer you up? I feel that way sometimes. When I do that's when I harm myself. My advice that I also should take is find something that cheers you up. It may be a TV show or a song or even reading a story might help those things can make you escape from your world and maybe be happier for a few hours a day.
I highly reccomend the songs Skyscraper by Demi Lovato and Keep Holding On by Avril L their strong and make you feel like you can get through anything. Shows that clam me down are One Tree Hill because it makes you feel like you apart of something, everyone feeling down about their body should watch season four episode called "Pictures Of You". Another show is 7th Heaven I grew up watching it and when ever I felt like crying I would turn it on and escape to another world for an hour I felt apart of a family.
